Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you bought as a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at contact@virtuavia.com stating your order number and the product concerned (you may use the form in the appendix to our terms of sale).
Returning the product
Return the product within 14 days of your notification, complete, in its original packaging if possible and in the condition in which you received it, to:

We recommend a tracked service. Return costs are your responsibility unless we made an error or the product is defective. The product should only have been handled to check its nature and operation: any loss of value due to use may be deducted from the refund.
Refund
We refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the payment method used for the order. The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof of its return.
Damaged, defective or non-conforming product
Contact us promptly at contact@virtuavia.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. After review, we will repair, replace or refund the product and cover the return costs. Statutory warranties fully apply.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for professional purposes. A return may nevertheless be accepted as a commercial gesture, with prior written agreement, for a new and unused product; restocking fees may apply.
