VTRF Venturi pneumatic conveyors
VTRF Venturi conveyors are straight-through conveying vacuum pumps: the central channel is completely free, allowing them to continuously transfer powders, granules, particles and small parts without ever clogging.
Six sizes are available, from the compact VTRF 2-3 to the VTRF 15-6 capable of 5,610 NL/min, in anodised aluminium.

How it works
How does a Venturi pneumatic conveyor work?
A Venturi conveyor turns compressed air into powerful suction, with no motor and no moving parts. Simply connect it to your air supply and to a conveying hose.
- 1Compressed air injection
Air enters through the side port and fills an annular chamber around the central bore.
- 2Venturi effect
Air is accelerated through nozzles pointing towards the outlet, creating strong vacuum at the inlet.
- 3Material suction
Powders, granules, chips or small parts are drawn in through the inlet hose.
- 4Conveying and discharge
The air stream carries the material to the discharge point, with no risk of clogging.
Choosing the right VTRF Venturi conveyor
Choosing a VTRF conveyor depends above all on the particle size: the inner bore (ØA) should be at least three times the largest dimension of the material. For fine powders, a VTRF 2-3 or 3-3 is sufficient; for granules, regrind and small parts, choose a VTRF 7-6, 15-3 or 15-6.
Flow and vacuum decrease with the length and height of the circuit. For conveying over several metres, choose a model with spare flow capacity and use a smooth hose with large-radius bends.
