Shipping costs
Shipping is charged as a flat fee per order, whatever the number of items, based on the delivery country. It is calculated automatically and shown before payment.

Flat rate per order, whatever the number of items. Amounts exclude VAT, which applies under the same rules as for products.
Manufacturing time
All our pneumatic conveyors are made to order. The time between receipt of your payment and dispatch is generally 1 to 2 weeks maximum. For an urgent requirement, please contact us before ordering.

Parcels are shipped by La Poste (Colissimo) or express carrier depending on weight and destination, and are carefully packed to protect the products.
Tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive its tracking number by email.
Customs (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, products are invoiced without VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient. Customs formalities may extend delivery times.
Receipt
Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the driver. If the parcel is damaged, opened or incomplete, record precise reservations on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours at contact@virtuavia.com with photos. An incomplete or incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
